Is there a free plan?+
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial with no card required, so you can build a real room and invite real investors before paying.
Do investors or buyers pay, or count against my plan?+
Never. Guests are free on every plan, and unlimited from Raise upwards.
What is an active data room?+
Any room that isn't archived. Archive a room when a process ends and it stops counting, with its history kept.
Which plan do I need for a company sale?+
Raise or above. It includes investor-specific rooms, Q&A with supplementary documents and watermarking, which a sale process relies on. Every plan includes staged release and document generation.
What happens to my documents and AI?+
Documents are processed to draft, answer and check, and are not used to train models. Investor-side AI only ever reads what that investor is allowed to see.
