Can I use the files I already have?+
Yes. Upload PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, CSVs, images and video. Drag in up to ten files at a time.
If I update a file, does every room change?+
Only the rooms set to auto-update. Rooms set to approval show a pending update for you to accept, and frozen rooms never change.
Do investors need an account?+
No. They open a link. You choose whether it needs a magic-link sign-in, a password or an email address.
Do investors cost extra?+
Never. There are no per-guest fees on any plan.
