Document generation
Documents that
write themselves.
Turn raw exports, trackers and board notes into the documents investors and buyers expect. Every figure links back to the file it came from, and anything unsupported is flagged rather than invented.
How it works
From raw files
to a published document.
- 01
Add raw inputs
Exports, trackers, contracts and notes. They stay private: never added to a room, never read by investor-side AI.
- 02
Generate
Pick the inputs and say what the document should cover. RoundRoom drafts it, citing a source for every figure.
- 03
Check
Banned names, unresolved gaps and figure sign-offs are checked before anything can be published.
- 04
Publish
Rendered as a PDF or spreadsheet and placed in the room at the right stage, with its checklist item ticked.
Updates without drift
Change one number.
Nothing else moves.
Ask for a change in plain English. RoundRoom edits only what you asked for, then a second pass reviews the diff for anything you didn't. See every change word by word before it goes anywhere.
- Targeted revisions, not full rewrites
- Word-level diff against the last or published version
- Signed-off figures stay signed off while unchanged
Recognised revenue for the twelve months to 31 August was $3.29M. Gross margin on production infrastructure reached 65% in August, from negative in mid-2025.
The business is run by a team of ~25 FTE, with engineering concentrated on the data platform.
Enterprise contracts in force: 34. The largest customer represents 3.5% of revenue.
Nothing ships unchecked
The mistakes that hurt,
blocked by default.
A strategic investor's name in a buyer document, a placeholder left in, a figure the CFO hasn't confirmed. Each one blocks publishing until it's resolved.
- Banned terms per process
- [TO CONFIRM] placeholders block publishing
- Assign figures to an owner for sign-off
Also included
Built for documents
that get scrutinised.
- Inputs changed? You'll know
- Upload a new version of an input and every document built from it is flagged, with a one-click update.
- Consistent across documents
- Figures already stated in other documents are used as reference, so the same number doesn't drift between sections.
- PDF or spreadsheet
- Styled, numbered PDFs, or spreadsheets built from the document's tables.
- Compiled information packs
- Combine published sections into one pack with a contents page, per stage.
- Full history
- Every draft and revision is kept, with who made it and why. Restore any version.
- Edit by hand anytime
- Change the text directly and save it as a new version. Sign-offs carry over where figures are unchanged.
Questions
Asked often.
What can it read?+
PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, plain text and Markdown. For PowerPoint or Keynote, export to PDF first.
Will it make numbers up?+
It's instructed to use only your inputs and to report the source of every figure. Where the inputs don't support a statement it writes [TO CONFIRM], which blocks publishing until you resolve it. You still review everything before it's shared.
Who can see my raw inputs?+
Only your team. Raw inputs can't be added to a room and are never used to answer investor questions.
Which AI does it use?+
Anthropic's Claude. Your documents are not used to train AI models.
